Diligence and Courage By Jon Deridder It takes diligence and courage to start a business. No matter what kind it is or what industry it is in. There are many opportunities out there today, from a home based business to a franchise and everything else out there. No matter which you choose, they all take diligence and courage. Courage is willing to take the risk of starting a business. Diligence is taking the steps necessary to be able to stay in business long enough to start to see the progress and the return on your hard work. I have seen many fail to stay the course long enough for many reasons, including myself. When you look into start a business put a plan in place and follow it. I know it can work, because it has worked for others. It doesn't hurt to ask others how they did it, many of them love to share what has worked and what didn't.

Jon, I agree with what you have to say; it does take diligence. There is a saying in the business world. "If you do your due diligence you will succeed."
